Wow!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart :) I just pulled my youngest two out of school to start homeschooling them. My 5 yr old is struggling with reading & I can't wait to get this printed out and started. I appreciate the lesson plan layout and the clear instructions included.

I love the Phonics by the Book. I have two kiddos who will be about first grade level when we start school back up in July. I am just wondering if you are planning any more of the Phonics by the Book? We'll use it either way, but I'm in a major planning mood and gathering resources left and right for next "year". Hi! We're working on lesson 2 and I have a question. How do you use the sheets that have circles with numbers and then the last sheet is a grid of numbers (turtle and football so far)? It says in the lesson plan to see the first sheet but I haven't found any directions yet.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Before becoming a homeschooling SAHM, I taught at the pre-K level, then K and 1st grades. I received my M.Ed. in Reading, then was a private reading tutor out of my home for elementary-age students.
MY TEACHING STYLE
My main goal is to always teach in developmentally appropriate ways in line with best practices; whatever that looks like! :)
