Hi there! The file is a PDF, so everything should print clearly as long as your computer has the latest version of Adobe, which is a free download. I checked with TpT, and it looks like the best way to fix this problem or get a refund would be for you to click Contact Us at the bottom of the page. From here, you should be able to open a work ticket so they can help you with your problem. Sorry it didn't work out for you!
I think this is going to be a nice starting place for my student. The titled pages might help organize myself and clue the students into what they should be doing on that page.
