I'm going to assume that you're using a Mac to view this file? Macs generally will automatically open PDFs in the software program called Preview, which does that to the files for some reason. You need to use Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat to view the file. Or, if you are using Adobe to view the file, you may need to update the software.

The labels are meant to be cut out and laminated {if you wish}. If you were to do that, you could rearrange them to fit your needs. Also, you could always just cut off January, if needed, to make them Feb - Dec.

Hi Tiffany. Thank you for your idea. For some reason I had a difficult time downloading the file but after 2 hours of battling the computer I finally got it. Adobe kept telling me the file was damaged so I continued downloading hoping it wasn't and would eventually come through. I was so glad when it did. Yay!
