Learning Engineer (TpT Seller)
We used the larger banner since it fit well on our store front.
We tried one of these smaller banners for the store front's smaller banner space thinking it would fit but as you can see it is cut off on the sides ^:/
We were having problems figuring out how to make banners for store front on PC for this site and no instructions here that addresses this. You do have Charity doing an Apple version but knows nothing about Windows approach. It says the smaller banner space is 160 x 200px so we used your 125 x 125px banner for this space thinking that would fit. But as you can seed it is cut off on the sides and looks too big for the space. We had given up on doing banners on this site until we saw these easy to load up banners and decided to give it another go. Your tech support person said she would do a screen shot of a previous banner but we wanted to know how to do this on our own. Is there some technical reason that you didn't do a 160 x 200 banner for the smaller store front banner space which may explain why we had so many difficulties.

I've had an account w/ TPT for a while now, & have thought about trying to start selling, etc... However, I have found myself scared/intimidated by all of the Trademark & Copyright issues. Where do I start & how can I be certain some of the images, etc I want to use are ok?

Teaching for Fun (TpT Seller)
I have seen access to websites sold via TpT. Is that actually acceptable as long as TpT is the broker? I am looking at TpT as possible marketing venue for a web based program. It would need to be web based to track performance improvement in the classrooms where it is used. I like the idea of using TpT becuase it manages the sales, the marketing, and payment procedures. It is also easy to shut off sales on Sabbath.

I was wanting to run a scavenger hunt on my new website and blog for New Year's Day. I was wanting to offer any product in my store for free if they could complete the scavenger hunt Checklist. How do I go about doing this!! Should I give them instructions to email me with the checklist and in return I will email them the product via email attachment. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I have a buyer who says she could not download a product.
I answered her and sent my email that I would try to help.
She just wrote again saying she was told by TpT to wait a week to hear from the seller and then she could rate the product.
The only way I know to contact her is through the site. Is there another way.
I feel disappointed that she is displeased and that she is rating the product on download difficulties rather than the product itself.
I was even willing to send her another product for free.
Confused...Michele
