I use my own homemade patterns not exactly the size included in this packet when I make this scarecrow. If I had to guess, I would say this one (as is) will be as tall as a large 12x18 piece of construction paper. If you have access to a projector or document camera, you could project this pattern onto a large poster and trace.

I'm sorry you are having trouble printing the calendars. I also have a Mac and the PDF printed perfectly from mine. Unfortunately, Mac does not support Publisher (which is what I created the original file from on a PC computer)- so sending you that file won't really help. I claim to be a "tech savvy" person, but I don't know how to fix the problem since my computer isn't doing the same thing. Do you have access to a different type of computer? I feel so bad that I can't help you :(

Hi there! Thank you for purchasing from me. Write the upper and lower case letter 3 times each on a wooden cube to match each letter. The student will roll and write starting at the bottom of the page. I laminate these pages and use wet erase pens on them to save paper. I'm sorry for not explaining it enough. I hope this made it more clear!

Do you have a turkey coloring sheet with the same amount of feathers as questions? I tried to find one but couldn't. My students wanted to have most of the feathers colored in but there were way too many. I also had my students color a feather black for the cheese cake because it was hard to tell whether the turkey feather was white for cheesecake or because it was an extra feather. We had fun with this activity and I will watch for other products from you.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Great tip for using black instead of white on the “color me turkey.†I do not have another turkey I can sell. Scholastic has several printable turkeys on their “printables†website. Another option is to color in two feathers for each food you like. Or- choose your most favorite Thanksgiving food and color all the left over feathers that color. I will let you know if I find something better!
