Depends on the teacher and what time of year you work on it. I tend to spend a long time on each novel. I love giving students the background knowledge. I usually take 2-3 weeks. With the poster/model project of Kansas or Maine at the end of the story.

I teach middle school and don't work a lot with centers or task cards; however, I would like to use your task card idea with my students. Could you explain your process? How are they held accountable? Do they compile all activities in a certain place for the entire month and then turn them in later or as they go? Etc., etc., etc.

you mentioned that you could put this into another form in order to put names on the frames. Will that also be free or is there a cost? I hate to bother you but that is important because I am a NSCVet and my income isn't a whole lot and I am not able to do a lot of things on the computer other than read emal and send it and download things other make.

I am certain I purchased this item and your Thanksgiving poster set for $1 each a couple weeks ago. I downloaded and printed both. I noticed last week that you had updated the poster set and downloaded it again. But the ABCs did not show up on my purchases or my receipt. My problem is that I don't have the page with F and G. I love this item and have been using it this week with my first graders. Could you email me just that page? I can't imagine why it's not showing up on my purchases. I thought maybe they had been combined into one set for $2 but that doesn't seem to be what happened. Thanks for letting me know what you can do!

I just started them this year so I am in the process of creating them. Sorry.. As of now I do not have September and October. I am working on Black History Cards for February and working on March and April. Let me know if you need anything else for the task cards. I have them in larger sizes as well as in a word document. Thank you so much for your interest. I love these and so do my students. I tried passing them onto my colleges and they aren't as excited with them. So I am so HAPPY that you find them useful and love them as much as I do. I laminated mine and the kids just eat them up.
