Hi! There is not a blank template that you can type on since it is a PDF document. If you make 3x3 ( or the size of post-it notes you are using) text boxes, you could make your own, i guess. I like your idea of math problems!!!

It's pretty much up to you on how you want to assemble it! You can just staple on a board or string a cute ribbon through the tops after hole punching two holes at the top of each one. The extra design pennants are for the ends if you wish or you could alternate them between the letters to make your banner longer! Thanks!

There is only one book with all 220 words in it. The list is made up of the top 220 words found in books/reading material. They go in order based on the frequency they show up. The pictures in the thumbnails are of the cover and one of the inside pages. They get folded ans stapled "hotdog" style. Detailed directions with pictures are included in the pack.

Good question! You only need regular copy/computer paper that you would normally print on in your printer. I like to use name brand post-it notes when I print on them but it shouldn't matter. You will be hooked on printing sticky notes!!!!! : ) thanks for your interest!

Hi! My district divided the lists into 10 lists starting with the first 220 words and I honestly don't know if there was a rhyme or reason as far as how they were broken down into lists. Most lists have 20 words and they get harder the higher the list. The take home book is easy to assemble and ends up being a list per half of a page (folded tall ways). There is a thumbnail pic of the cover & a page in my other listing that just has the assessment tools and sight word book. I hope this answered your questions! Thanks for your interest!
