You aren' t thinking out side the box..... try using RECYCLED PAPER. And of course you should be recycling all your paper at school so NO TREES are being killed in the process. (See, problem solved!) Happy Earth Day!

I purchased your awesome Holes packet yesterday! I downloaded and was excited to use it with my kiddos. I found that the discussion questions stopped at Chapter 18, is there a reason for that? There are a number more chapters and I was under the impression that it had questions for all of the chapters. Can you help me out?

The practice test was created with fourth grade in mind. High end third graders could complete some of it but not likely. Most of the concepts are ones taught at the fourth grade level. I did not make a digital answer key for this test that I could post.

I am not sure why you have boxes over certain parts of your document. The only explanation would be that your program is not compatible with the program that I originally did the work in. The practice test is done in an old Microsoft Word from many years ago.

I went back and checked the file. I downloaded the file to my computer from the WEBSITE to see what kind of problems you may have. I have microsoft word 2010 on my computer and it was able to convert the file with no problems. The only boxes I could see was the fact that the questions were in tables so there are "dotted lines" on the original copy to indicate a chart. Those lines should be invisible on the print copy. I could not find any spelling errors except for "spider web" which I had as a compound word. The file is downloaded so that it can be manipulated so you can go in and fix, add, subtract from the file as you see fit. As for the interactive whiteboard, I am not sure why it does not work. That is not my area of expertise. I do change over my files into my SMARTBOARD and sometimes it has trouble making the conversion. (Especially tables or drawings.)I am not sure if your "interactive whiteboard" is a smartboard but that may be the problem.

My work has been done on microsoft word. I don't have the computer knowledge to tell you why is didn't work on word pad other than perhaps they are not compatible. I have no control over the site other than to sell my items. But I do agree if you can't get the product to run on your computer then you should be able to get a refund. Sorry about the trouble.
