Can I see a sample? :) I am a teacher of the deaf/hard of hearing who is teaching sight words to students who use sign language. How many meanings do you give for words such as run, make, blue etc? Just curious.

Thanks! :)

If I am remembering correctly each word has two meanings. Each meaning has a card with the word and a card with a picture. Does this help?

It would be helpful to know exactly what is included in the product. A preview is helpful and knowing how much one is getting for their money will be great.

Cute idea. Your preview passage looks like a first grade level. Do your passages go up to a fifth grade level for fluency practice. I have many low readers in my 4/5 class and I need something that will address that age level.

Thank you

Not yet but that's a good idea for the future. My "low" readers in middle school would benefit from that as well. Thanks for that!

I am so confused....are there 6 different crimes? The slides aren't marked so I am not sure which ones go in the envelopes together.. Can you clarify that for me please. I am so excited about using it but can't figure out how to put it together. Thanks

They are all in order. Just keep them in order and you should see how the crime works. Each crime has the same amount of slides. I usually print them out and put each crime in an envelope. Then the groups can work with them one at a time. Does this help? (You might notice that some characters overlap.)

Do the students only get part of the story, not an envelope with all the clues per group?

You can do it either way. It works well both ways.

I am confused by the directions. The directions state match the words with colors. Should I have copied words onto colored paper?

Hello,
I have purchased your Language Arts Bingo Game. But, I am having trouble opening the file. It says there is a data error with the file, even when I try it with multiple formats, computers, applications, etc. Is there a way you can resend this product in a different format? Thanks so much.

Can you provide more information about this product? I have purchased the PPT, but am not sure how to use it with my students. Are there instructions? What exactly should the students do with the information?

Thank you.

You can use it several different ways. I use it to introduce inferencing. Divide the students into groups. They will use the information to try to decide what happened in the crime. They can write crime briefs, short stories, news articles, court transcript etc. Basically I have provided files of information and you can take it where you need. Let me know if you need more info.
