My Teaching Experience

We have taught High School Spanish levels 1, 2, 3, and 4AP, as well as Business and Conversational Spanish classes for adults. We have also taught college Grammar and Conversation courses. We are published authors and Spanish text editors and evaluators.

My Teaching Style

We plan lessons with an emphasis on students applying learned material in real-world situations. We also use many songs, chants, technology tools, and interactive activities to motivate our students.

Honors/Awards/Shining Teaching Moment

Wal-Mart Teacher Award, Jiffy Lube Teaching Excellence Award, Freida J. Riley National Teaching Award, 2006 Disney Teacher, OFLA High School Teacher of the Year, and Beginning Teacher of the Year OFLA Award.
