This is rubric will help assess a student's notebook.

This is a notebook for students to enrich their reading and writing. The beginning of the book has pages that are labeled with specific things to write about (pets, people they care about, sports, etc.). The rest of the book is set up for students to write about books they have read. They will list the book title, tell if it is fiction or nonfiction and then write about their book. A great way to read and share what they have written! Enjoy
