This is a BINGO-based activity for students to practice factoring quadratic trinomials where a = 1 (with GCFs). This activity will help students increase their speed in recognizing and factoring this pattern.
Not only will students practice factoring, but they will work in groups of 2-3 students,

These task cards meet Common Core State Standard A-SSE.3a Factor a quadratic expression to reveal the zeros of the function it defines.
There are 30 total task cards. Each card has a trinomial, with a =1, that needs to be factored. The last 6 cards have a GCF that needs to be factored first.

This scavenger hunt is focused on factoring trinomials of the form x^2+bx+c. It includes problems where the GCF must be factored out first. A student answer sheet is included as well as directions and an answer key. Enjoy! :)
