Use this printable for many purposes. *Kids can color and decorate their cone with their name. *They can color the scoops of ice cream to be different flavors. *Kids can draw syrup dripping from their scoop and add sprinkles or other embellishments. For more advanced students, I recommend having them write a repeated addition and/or multiplication sentence to represent each question. My third graders begin multiplication timed tests in our second grading period of the year. I have them use ice cream scoops to keep track of their progress and we post them on our windows in the classroom using double-sided tape. The cone has room at the top for the student's name. I print these on cardstock and ask the students to color them all with crayon, colored pencil, or marker. All students are allowed to post their cone with their x0 and x1 facts scoop. I had a request for a set of scoops of ice cream like my skip-counting ones, but for younger learners. Here is a set of scoops 0-20, the scoops are larger than my other ones, and each scoop/number is seperate so that you can add them when your kiddos are ready! I hope our littlest learners can use them.
