I send this home to help parents know what is and is not allowed at school for a winter celebration as well as put limits on Secret Santa amounts. On ClassDojo I also have anyone unable to afford an item ask for a donation so everyone can participate. I made an easy to use Excel document to keep track of who has who in the classroom and whether or not they have their present yet (I attached the headers on the third page you can use... makes it easier to put into excel or a Word table).
