It includes the four categories I wanted them to focus on, habitat, appearance, babies, and food as well as a spot to write down interesting facts. I would give them multiple copies of this page as needed to use for both book and internet sources. It can be used by many grade levels.
This is a lesson of different kind of zoo animals from different parts of the world. The first page of each animal shows either their skin or fur depending on the animal. The second page is the actual animal that matches the skin or fur. The there is a fact about each animal.
