I teach 1st through 12th. I focus on teaching social emotional learning using literacy, history, science, and logic. My students love to learn using critical thinking and project based learning. We emphasis diversity in our curriculum to explore themes in our society that are under represented, under valued, and often misunderstood. Your contributions will help create an educational environment and safe place to explore, create, develop, and apply that will emphasis a diverse world view that studies cultures from a perspective of tolerance, acceptance, and respect. We use social emotional learning to promote citizenship in the community that inspires our students to embrace becoming life long learners. We are a literacy based program that believes in using living books to teach and learn about our world.
