Product Description

This is a PowerPoint with built in activities designed for one or more block periods, depending on how quickly your students work and depending on how many of the activities listed in the notes sections that you decide to do. It's set up from warmup, agenda and objectives, and step by step in each activity. It's built to align with Kapitel 4 from Deutsch Aktuell Level 1, but also uses strategies for struggling readers. It is customized for my students, based on their interests, but is customizable for any group. The work can be expanded upon, or some activities could be skipped, depending on your and your students' needs. If you just need some ideas to get through a day, this would work for you. There's even a list for Quizlet with the weblink in the notes section on one of the slides, there's an A-Z explanation of what to do. If you wanted more information, feel free to contact me. This can be used with an honors group or with a struggling readers group. It's also set up with announcements and other reminders for students, to give you ideas for how to give more visual reminders to your students. PowerPoints can be used to help organize a lesson in a logical way so that students can follow slide by slide (or skip ahead if uploaded to your learning management system). It can also help the teacher keep multiple lessons 'ready to go' during the day, since many German teachers have multiple courses per day to teach. You could also print the presentation as a modification to give an IEP student notes and/or just as a resource for your students. It could also be printed as a backup in case of tech failure or 'just because'. It's not labeled as a lesson plan, but it basically is your lesson. It has tons of notes to help you along.
