This interactive music game will be a hit with your elementary music students. It is perfect to use in the fall, the month of October, around Halloween time or anytime when you are working with the concept of 1 eighth/2 sixteenth notes (ti-tiri).
The product contains 15 student interactive slides (created with PowerPoint 2010). Each slide has several sound effects and animations. Students will click on an alien to hear a rhythmic pattern. They will then click on the candy that matches the rhythm they hear! Students will know immediately without leaving the page if they were able to determine which rhythm was played or if they need to listen again. The product works well with Smartboards! Students just have to touch the board to activate the animations. It is also compatible with Macs.
A great game to use with the entire class, a substitute or centers!
An excellent observation tool to see which students might be struggling with the concept.
