10 More 10 Less SCOOT/Task Cards perfect for review or assessment, with 32 questions and 8 brain breaks
Get your students up and moving
and having fun
! But don't tell them that they're learning
at the same time!
This version of Scoot reinforces finding 10 more and 10 less of 2-digit and 3-digit numbers.
Scoot task cards are a great way to review and get the wiggles out at the same time. These task cards can also be used for review
, whole class review under a document camera, partner review, small group practice, or math centers. So many ways to use them!
To play Scoot: Place one task card on each student's desk and then you have one kid stand at each desk with the answer sheet and a clipboard if you have them. Then they answer the question on that card and stay put until you say, "SCOOT!" Then they move one seat over and answer the next question until you say, drum roll please... "SCOOT!" Every couple of task cards, put a brain break movement card, and the student will do the brain break instead of answering a problem. The brain break cards give your students some extra ways to get those wiggles out.
