Ready to go paperless? If you teach history have I got a deal for you! 320 trading cards of historic figures for your students to complete via Google Drive and you don't have to go to the copy machine at all! These resources provide a way for your students to discover these historic figures from different eras in history that allows them to find out some basic facts, but also allows them to identify what they think is important about each person. Each card has the same format and allows students to gather a very brief snapshot of who these people were and what they did that had an impact on the world. Decide how many you'd like students to complete and make a mini-research project out of it. Kids really enjoy this format!
Technically there are 320 trading cards, but 307 different people. 13 people were included in two different sets because I couldn't do both sets justice without them.
The historic figures that are repeated in two different products are:
Clara Barton, Dorothea Dix, Eleanor Roosevelt, Eli Whitney, Frederick Douglass, Harriet Beecher-Stowe, Harriet Tubman, Jane Addams, Maya Angelou, Nikola Tesla, Thomas Edison, Upton Sinclair, and W.E.B. du Bois.
Students type directly on the cards once you set up a copy for them (you should definitely try Google Classroom to make your life easier). Your students will have to be brief and to the point, thus contributing to the brief snapshot of each person's life.
The following products are included in this bundle:

32 Famous Authors in History
32 Famous Figures from the American Revolution
