10 Week High School Physical Education Activity Log (Distance Learning)

Designed by the 2019 SHAPE America National High School Physical Education Teacher of the Year, this is more than a physical activity log. Students not only keep track of their physical activity time, they also reflect on their activities and apply physical literacy while answering questions based on national physical education standards. This log is designed for high school students and includes weeks 1 through 10, each week with a unique question. This can be used as a printable, but also has been formatted digitally and can be shared with, completed by and submitted by students in Google Classroom.
