The problem with most people who can't go to the gym is that they believe working out at home with no equipment is not possible or beneficial.
The right way to workout with no equipment is to either do circuit training, EMOM (every minute on the minute), rep ladders and use other timed strategies to get the most work in as possible

Because of the impact of the COVID-19 I wanted to create a workout plan that everyone can do with out equipment at home.

For my Strength and Conditioning class and for our Football team I assigned this over our 15 days off.
