What you'll get: 100 fun activity ideas that you can print, laminate and cut out.
Who is it for: the younger ones - pre-kinder to grade 2.
Why: Young children, especially those with additional sensory needs need help to regulate their bodies. These activities were created to help my little guy with special needs have activities he could choose to help him keep calm, use up excess energy, and keep him busy. I picked up some of these ideas from our Occupational Therapy sessions.
What you'll need: things around the house/garden to do some of the activities, but you can pick and choose. You would also benefit from a place to hook different types of swings.
How to use them: print them out, cut them out and laminate them for longevity. You could even punch a hole in the corner and tie some string through it or thread a clip ring to keep them on hand.
