Young students just learning about numbers? The 100 number chart is a great way for students to discover number patterns, skip count, and just recognizable number symbols.
There are 30 cards in this activity.
To use this activity:
*each student needs a 100 chart
*each student needs green, red, blue and yellow crayons or color tiles
*distribute all cards
*each student reads the directions on their card
*all students cover the number(s) described
*(students could also show their card on a document camera)
*after all 30 cards have been used, a recognizable picture will appear on the 100 chart (solution key provided).
