Fun and engaging activity to race down the 100's chart.
Students roll a dice and color that many spaces on the 100's chart. They change colors, roll again and color that many spaces. Students continue switching colors, rolling the dice and coloring spaces until they reach 100. When finished, they count how many rolls it took them to get to 100. They can compare how many rolls they took to get to 100 with their friends. Which friend took the most rolls? Which friend took the fewest number of rolls? Did any friend take the same number of rolls as they did to reach 100?
