This is a fun resource to use on your 100th Day of School to keep your kids active and engaged! In my classroom, I use this as one of my 100th Day Stations; so different groups rotate to this station throughout the day and complete the exercises, checking each one off at a time. When they've finished their list, they've completed 100 fitness tasks for the day! I play upbeat, fun, and clean ;) pop songs while they do their workouts and they LOVE it!
Exercises listed on this resource vary from push-ups to lunges, but are all simple enough tasks that my Kindergarteners have been able to do with little explanation.
