Awesome writing activity for the 100th Day of School on perfectly lined paper. Three differentiated formats with different sized top-middle-base lines can accommodate students in Kindergarten, 1st, or 2nd grade. Shaded area in between sets (designed exclusively by kindergarten korner) helps students form letters properly and provides teacher with room to "translate" the phonetic spelling.
For our 100th Day in kindergarten, students dressed as if they were 100. We took their individual pictures and mounted them on the left hand side of these pages. Then, students responded to the writing prompt, "When I am 100,..." I paired this writing with gumball machines (100 dot art gumballs on paper plates). It made for a super cute bulletin board.
