Product Description
1025 is a game that I designed for use with an after school disc golf program. It is also available as free iPhone app which can be downloaded in iTunes or online at www.discgolfbasketstore.com.

For PE teachers and camps, I provide a PDF version. This is FUN way to learn disc golf and improve your skills. You can play by yourself or compete against friends. Camps, Schools, and Tournament Directors can use turn this into a contest with prizes for the highest scores.

1025 is a skills based game designed to improve your disc golf putting skills and enhance competitive play. A complete round consists of 36 putts measured from 10' to 35' , tiered in 5' intervals. A perfect round will result in a score of 1025.

Instructions: measure and mark the putting distances from the basket (hint: I use a notched rope and soccer cones to quickly mark distances). Throw six putts from each tier. In order to best account for variances in wind conditions, lighting, and ground slope, no more than 2 putts should be thrown from any one position. Record and score your putts from each section (there are bonuses for sinking the first putt, last putt, and all putts in each section).

I am always looking for new ideas and ways to increase interest in disc golf--especially in PE programs. Please let me know if you use 1025 in your school and I welcome your comments and feedback.
