Although you can use it the way you like this is how I used it:
I dictated picture number 1 with one of the options I give you in the next page.
One student came to the front and chose another drawing from my page to dictate picture number 2 to the rest of the class.
In picture 3 every child invented a drawing.
In picture 4 they worked in pairs and one dictated the drawing they had in picture number 3 to the other .
This way I reviewed numbers and colours with listening and speaking activities.
You can use this activity in any second language class (2nd, 3rd and 4th grade) and, of course, you can use it with young native speakers (1st grade or 2nd grade).
