115 No-Prep Articulation Activities is just what a busy SLP needs to keep students engaged in articulation practice from the beginning of the school year to the end. Activities are quick and easy to implement. There is no printing, no cutting and pasting, and no laminating. There are 37 activities that can be implemented with no supplies, pictures, or objects – just you and your students. The remainder of the activities require items that all SLPs should have in their rooms, such as office supplies, a few common toys/objects, and articulation card decks.
This product provides 115 different activities to use with students who are working on speech sounds within words, sentences, and conversation. It is not designed for students learning how to produce a sound in isolation.
The activities are designed for small group intervention; however most can easily be implemented in individual sessions too. Over half of the activities involve getting your students up and moving while practicing their speech targets. The other half are engaging activities to complete at the table.
An Appendix includes lists of words sorted by common speech sounds and organized by actions, animals, calendar concepts, categories, characters, clothing, colors, emotions, food, objects, occupations, and basic concepts. The words your students need to practice are literally at your fingertips!
A bonus section includes follow-up homework suggestions.
Enjoy the rewarding interactions with your speech students without the stress of lesson preparation and planning!
