Do Now Activity: Students will examine a map of Europe and the Thirteen Colonies and will be asked to draw an inference as to why individuals wanted to migrate to North America. (Geography Skill Building Activity)

Visual Activity: Students will examine a visual and reading about Jamestown and answer questions about the challenges individuals had when they came to Jamestown.

Document Activity: Students will examine documents about indentured servants and the Virginia House of Burgesses and answer guided questions.

Exit Ticket Activity: Students will examine an image of an indentured servant and answer guided questions.
