You can also use them as writing prompts for students’ writer’s notebooks or as an exercise following a more specific writing or grammar lesson. For example, “Use this writing prompt to use as many adverbs as possible,” following an adverb lesson.
You can write them on the classroom board, print them out for students to glue to their notebook, upload onto your classroom computer for projection, or print onto a transparency sheet. They are fun to print in color, but grayscale works too!
