A bit of history.
From Feb 27 1911. (postmarked)
I rather like old postcards. Indeed I have been known to use them as a reason to learn cursive. This one has been scanned at 600 bpi so that the back is readable. You can even see what type of pen was used. (metal tipped dip pen - se the way the paper gas a slight scratch where its been written on?)
The thumbnails are very small images so that the load fast.
A nice addition to any lesson about friendship or for use in a literacy centre.
Personally I make this postcard into a card by printing the front on half a sheet of light card and the back so it displays on the inside left of the card.
I have even used the front as a poster.
Feed back would be really nice!!!!
