Students are tasked with analyzing advertisements from the 1920s. Students will quickly recognize that 1920s consumer ads place a great emphasis on personality and self-improvement.
Advertisements are analyzed using the ACAPS structure (Author, Context, Audience, Purpose, and Significance). There are 15 advertisements to look at and the assignment is setup for students to analyze four advertisements.
