The Stock Market Crash brought an end to an era and marked the beginning of the Great Depression. Some viewed it as "out with the good and in with the bad." Unfortunately with the next 12 years in American history our nations economy could not revitalize itself until the outbreak of WWII and America's involvement in 1941. One way to grasp the impact of the Stock Market Crash is to see it in the headlines. Newspaper made it their full time job (much like today) to highlight this horrific economic event.
