PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This activity is great for transitioning between a lesson or unit about the 1920s to the Great Depression/1930s. Students are asked to look at a series of paired images to compare and contrast them. Along with each set of image are analytical questions that ask students to identify differences between the time period. I started the lesson off with a bell ringer asking students how their lives would change if their parent(s) lost their jobs so they'd get in the swing of looking at how a family's life can change due to job loss.
