In this activity, students take on the role of various individuals in the 1960s and work with a partner (assigned) to prepare a debate or conversation that they will share with the class. This is a complete project that will take a minimum of two class periods with additional homework time for students. It's a lively and fun activity where students compare the perspectives of various individuals in the Sixties. The assignment is written using 60s slang and dressing up in costume is encouraged.
