Directions: Divide students into five groups. Cut apart these cards and give one to each group. Group members discuss what their freedom means, come up with a one-minute skit showing their specific freedom, and act it out in front of the class. Other students will guess which part of the First amendment is being acted out.
Differentiation: The freedom of speech card is probably the easiest and the right to petition is probably the hardest if you want to differentiate in your groups.
