I used this as a quick quiz to check the progress of my students with understanding 2-D and 3-D composite shapes. The 2-D shapes side have students to build using their pattern blocks and trace their composite shape. It is sized to work with the pattern blocks in your classroom. The 3-D shapes side have students choose the 3-D shapes that make up the composite shape. Number 4 is a traffic cone and I wanted a bit of a challenge for them to determine that the bottom part is a rectangular prism. Hope this helps you because I couldn't find anything that gave me the snapshot of learning that I needed before moving on. Thank you!
