The students will work 9 2 by 2 multiplication problems and find their answers from an ordered list of numbers below that have a different 3-letter word associated with each. Most if the answers will not be used, as there are 24 possible answers and only 9 actual ones.
This is a great practice activity. If mistakes are made, it would be obvious, since the incorrect product would probably not be listed.
This will help students to self-correct.
A bit more fun than simply assigning a bunch of problems for them to work.
