Games are one the most popular ways for students to study vocabulary and repetitive information. Use vocabulary bingo in language classes or with any content area that has a vocabulary with definitions for students to learn. This activity uses kinesthetic learning techniques as students get to use markers and bingo cards. It is also visual as they search for the written or typed words and audio as they hear the definitions and words called out.
Target Vocabulary verbs. Directions: The educator will call out the present tense word. Match it with the past tense word on the bingo card and vice versa.
