Don’t break apart your complete full day lesson plans for a short absence (they are like gold!).
Each 2 hour set will provide at least 2 hours worth of coverage. For a 2 hour absence use 1 set, for a half day use 2 sets.
Contains mostly new lessons with some modified original lessons (from the full day plans).
Print now and keep in a folder on your desk to grab, toss on your desk and out the door you go.
(Note: it is a good idea to keep a schedule posted somewhere so substitutes can have an idea of when to do what, unless you have time to scribble down the times.)
No programming. No typing. No sifting. No prep.
Set 1: Reading, social studies and extension
Set 2: Math, science and extension
Set 3: Writing, art and extension
Set 4: Phonics, movement and extension
