In this file you will find 201 graph prompts
to choose from. They cover topics such as reading, writing, math, science, art, gym, holidays, and other fun topics as well.
These graph prompts are great for use as an independent task in the morning before school begins or as a part of circle time. They can serve as a daily conversation starter for you and your class. The questions will not only strengthen your students’ ability to read and interpret graphs, but it will help everyone to learn more about each other.
Simply choose the prompt for the day and have your students choose a “yes” or “no” answer. The prompts are on cards that are the perfect size for a pocket chart! No pocket chart? That’s okay! You can attach magnets to the back or clip it up on the board!
Also included in this file are numbered cards, 1-36. If you assign your students numbers, these are great to use in graphs. The class can use these to answer “yes” or “no”. You can also use the blank cards to write in the names of your students, or add their pictures! There are also multiple “yes” and ‘no” cards to choose from. Use whatever suits the needs of your class!
Interpreting graphs is an essential skill for little learners! I hope you find this to be a wonderful addition to your classroom!
