Students will practice their ten frame skills with colorful boards.
Also included in this download are a student activity sheets and Winter Game themed manipulatives to assist with multisensory learning and differentiation.
This set also has ten frame number match puzzle pieces for number 1-20, with student recording sheet.
Common Core MATH Standards Addressed in this unit:
K.NBT.A.1 Compose and decompose numbers
K.OA.A.3 Decompose numbers less than or equal to 10 into pairs in more than one way,
K.OA.A.4 For any number from 1 to 9, find the number that makes 10 when added to the given number
1.NBT.B.2b The numbers from 11 to 19 are composed of a ten and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine ones.
1.OA.B.4 Understand subtraction as an unknown-addend problem.
1.OA.C.6 Add and subtract within 20, demonstrating fluency for addition and subtraction within 10.
