I created this planner because when I needed it, there were none like it on the market. Every planner I looked at was all frills and seemed to be created for Elementary Grade Teachers. There are no fancy pictures or designs in order to maximize the usable space in the planner. Each day has a section for lesson plans/assignments/objectives/whatever, with a small section at the bottom for "After school" obligations/plans/to do lists, etc.
This is a zip file of the many pieces that go into my planner. I have left it like this for you to customize it to your needs and have included an instruction page on how to do that. Files include:
1) 2 page weekly calendar from August 15th to December 18th, and January 2nd through June 4th. (see preview for layout)
2) Gradebook chart for 30 students with space for assignment name, and class average
3) 1 page chart to note your students' SPED and 504 accomodations in one handy place, along with a spot for notes
4) Documentation chart for above accommodations, to note when you gave those accommodations
5) Parent contact log page
6) Tutorial Log page
Please note: This file does not include a front or back cover for your planner. You will need to create your front and back covers yourself however you want to and save as a Letter size PDF (8.5’’x11’’). You can do this yourself or purchase ones from another seller or from Etsy, these may be referred to as “Binder covers”.
This is a digital file. You will need to print this out yourself or send it to your local office supply store to get printed and spiral bound.
