This excel workbook will change your life! If you are feeling completely overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork that SLPs must complete, this will give you a little bit of relief.
This is quick and easy way to track your speech and language service minutes while creating individual service logs for each of the students on your caseload.
This service log consists of an excel workbook containing:
• one attendance sheet where you keep track of the minutes you’ve provided for all of the students on your caseload in one place!
• up to 80 individual service logs for your students
The minutes that you enter into the main attendance sheet will AUTOMATICALLY fill onto each student’s sheet. There’s only one sheet to complete and the rest is done for you! At the end of the school year, you have the option to print out sheets for each individual student or the entire workbook all at once.
TRUST ME... this is a huge time saver. I created this workbook in 2013 for myself. Then in 2014, I shared it with one other SLP in my district. She couldn't believe how much time it saved her each year. This past school year, I shared it with the other SLPs in our very large school district. The positive feedback was overwhelming. Many said I should be charging money for it, so here it is in my new TPT store.
Reviews of Last Year's Service Log:
“This product was great for keeping track of all of my students and to see each of their individual attendance on one sheet. The way it is set up, you only have to enter the information once, and can easily access attendance records. This is something that would have taken me a LONG time to set up on my own, so it is definitely worth the cost because of what it will save you in time!”—Jackie N.
“This has made keeping track of my students’ attendance so much easier, not only because of its ease but also because I do not have to carry around a paper version of a service log with me everywhere I go. I keep my attendance on my flash drive and I can work on it no matter what building I am in or even from home when I need to, this is a game changer!!!” --Sheri D.
