This simple homework is great for kids learning about the election and role of the electoral college. Students will take the paper home on the night of the election and color in the states they think each candidate will win. Tomorrow, as a class you will color in the actual election results map to compare their predictions with what actually happened. This is a fun, visual way for students to understand how the popular vote and population effect the Electoral College. Coloring the map will work best if you have a Smart Board or some other projection method in your classroom. Enjoy!
