This is an activity that I created for the students to do their first day back after winter break, but I think it is a good activity for any January day as a filler. It uses ir + a + infinitive and other present tense verbs and has students think about how they would like to better themselves this year. (There is also an editable version so that you can change the year.) The instructions are as follows.
