I don't know about you, but I love having a calendar with me at each meeting I attend. I love having one place to keep track of all the important events and deadlines I have.

I print this calendar front-to-back and bind it, along with a copy of my curriculum map and a copy of my school's calendar, at a nearby office supply store for just a few dollars. All the information I need is in one easy-to-use location. You could also place them in your favorite teacher binder system. I love the monthly quotes and the space to jot down some reminders or tasks that need to be accomplished when you're at all those important teacher meetings.
