Use a visually appealing foldable to reinforce how to determine if different forms of relations are functions. This foldable includes determining if relations in multiple forms are functions and explaining why or why not. The forms include ordered pairs, a table, mapping diagrams, and graphs. The third section of the foldable is evaluating a function in function notation. The back contains extra practice problems.
The zip file includes the foldable in Word 2007 and pdf and the original foldable (before the additional practice was added to the back) in Mac docx and pdf. The Word documents are included so teachers can change any parts they want.
